How to get there: Click Settings in the sidebar → Emails tab (under Portal).
Configure how ProductLift sends emails on behalf of your portal.
Control the "from" details on every email your portal sends:
Choose how emails are physically delivered. ProductLift supports several providers:
After configuring a delivery method, you must send a test email to verify it works before ProductLift will activate it. Click the Send Test Email button and confirm you receive it.
Customize the content of system emails:
The Email Metrics card at the top of the Emails tab shows aggregate delivery and engagement numbers over the last 7, 30, or 90 days.
For each notification type (welcome, new post, status change, weekly digest, and so on) you can see:
Use the time-range dropdown to switch between 7, 30, and 90 days, and the Refresh button to reload. If no emails have been sent in the window yet, the card shows "No emails sent in this period yet."
Open tracking is not collected. Tracking opens requires invisible tracking pixels, which Apple Mail Privacy Protection makes meaningless and which some inbox-providers treat as a phishing signal. Click rate is a more reliable engagement measure anyway.
View a log of recently sent emails from your portal. The history shows the recipient, email type, timestamp, and delivery status. Use this to troubleshoot delivery issues or verify that notifications are being sent correctly.
Each user can control how often they receive email notifications from their profile:
Users can change this in their profile settings. As an admin, you cannot change this for individual users -- it's a personal preference.
