How to get there: Open any changelog, feedback, or roadmap board on your portal, set the filters you want, and copy the address from your browser's address bar.
Every filter you set on a board is now part of the page address. That means you can send someone a link that opens the board already filtered, instead of asking them to pick the filter themselves.
This is handy when you have several product components and you want each team, customer, or help page to land on the updates that matter to them.
?category=mobile-app.Anyone opening the link sees the board with that filter already applied. Clearing the filter removes it from the address again, so the plain board address always shows everything.
You can also type these links by hand, which is useful when you want to add them to a menu, an email, or your own website.
Add a question mark to your board address, then one or more of these:
| What you want to filter on | Add this | Example |
|---|---|---|
| Category | category= |
?category=mobile-app |
| Status | status= |
?status=in-progress |
| Version | version= |
?version=2.1 |
| Release | release= |
?release=summer-2026 |
| Platform | platform= |
?platform=wordpress |
| Sort order | sort= and direction= |
?sort=votes_count&direction=desc |
To combine two filters, join them with &:
https://your-portal.example.com/t/changelog?category=mobile-app&status=fixed
For categories and statuses, use the name in lowercase with dashes instead of spaces. "Mobile App" becomes mobile-app, and "Billing & Invoices" becomes billing-invoices. For version, release, and platform, use the value exactly as it appears on your posts.
If two of your categories have names that only differ by spacing or punctuation, the link for the second one uses a number instead of the name. Copying the address from your browser after setting the filter always gives you the link that works.
For the sort order, use one of these: trending_score, title, created_at (date added), content_updated_at (date updated), estimated_date, votes_count, or comments_count. Set direction= to desc for highest or newest first, or asc for the other way round.
mobile-app stop matching. Send out an updated link, or keep the name stable. To publish a feed of your changelog instead of a link, see RSS feed.
