How to get there: Click All Posts or Users in the sidebar → use the View dropdown next to the Columns button at the top right of the list.
Admins often need very different columns depending on what they're doing. The sales team wants MRR and plan type, support wants last login and groups, the bug triager wants severity and reported-by. Rather than re-checking the same boxes in Columns every time, save the current column layout as a named view and switch between them in one click.
This works on both:
The view is now stored on the portal, so any admin on the portal sees the same set of views.
The column selection, column order, and segment columns all switch to match. The button label updates to View: {name} so you can see which one is active.
To overwrite a view with the current column layout:
The view is overwritten with the latest layout.
In the View dropdown, click the small x to the right of the view's name. Confirm the deletion. The view is removed for everyone on the portal.
A view captures column layout only:
A view does not capture filters, sorting, or the search box. To save a filter combination, use Saved queries and filters instead. You can combine a view (for the columns) with a saved query (for the filters) to get a fully tailored workspace per role.
