When editing a changelog date/time, it does not take into account the user's timezone. E.g., I am in a GMT-7 timezone. When I edit a changelog entry to 9pm, it saves as 2pm. I didn't see any way to account for this in the settings.
When creating a new changelog item the timezone appears to be respected; it's only when editing the changelog entry.
