Complementary informations after comments and votes

Hi,
Here are some great options I've discovered in the bug reporting section from another product.
We can allow the users to leave some complementary informations right after their comments and their votes.
It would be a nice add to integrate this in Productlift and let the admin to choose if these options are activacted or not.
