Create an option to have users Auto-follow posts

It's safe to assume that if a person hearts/likes a post that they care enough about the feature that they would like to be notified when there are future comments or any progress updates on a post.
Also, if they take the time to add their own feedback or a response to a post thread, they have more than "lurking" interest in the post, so allowing an auto-follow feature could automatically subscribe that user to be notified with updates about that post.
I'm a part of several other communitities that use this "auto-follow/subscribe" feature, and I've never unfollowed. I've always thought... oh... that's nice that it automatically will update me when there are updates to the post!

I see this is closed, but I agree it would be nice to auto-follow when commenting on a post, not just when voting. If I comment on a customer's post, I think it's safe to assume I'd like to be notified if they respond, and vice versa.

Users are already auto-following on voting for the post. Is that not working for you you?
