It would be very interesting to have an inbox coupled to the platform.
This would allow for example that the administrator account sends a welcome message to the platform with some rules of use to any new user. He can then reply to him without this information being visible to everyone.
It also allows users of the community to discuss privately with each other.

Thanks for your idea! This is added to our wish list. New integrations and features are being planned and built from that wish list. We will look at the number of votes an idea has and prioritize based on that.
