Link a Post with Jira No Longer Works

The 'Link a Post with Jira' option no longer functions as described in the Knowledgebase. The 'Open with Jira' option no longer displays. When clicking the Jira Work Item ID, which appears to be a link, the field becomes editable instead of opening the issue. After clicking (in an attempt to open the Jira Work Item), the Work Item ID is removed when hitting 'Enter' or 'Esc' to save the field. Tabbing and clicking off the field 'saves' the data.
