Post editor upgrades: WYSIWYG tables, inline image extraction, code blocks, native dates

The post editor now supports WYSIWYG tables, pulls base64 images out into S3 uploads on paste, adds syntax-highlighted code blocks, WebP logos, and native date inputs. Date and time also render in the viewer's local timezone.
