How to Prioritize Features in ProductLift
Prioritizing features in ProductLift is a crucial step in managing your product development effectively. This guide will walk you through the process of using the prioritization tools available in ProductLift.
Step-by-Step Guide
1. Accessing the Wishlist
- Start by clicking on the Wishlist tab in your ProductLift dashboard. This is where you can manage and prioritize your features.
2. Score-Based Prioritization
- Click on Score-Based Prioritization to access the prioritization view. Here you'll see all posts with the selected status.
3. Managing Statuses
- By default, the statuses shown are from your wishlist. To customize, click on Select Statuses and adjust them according to your needs.
4. Choosing a Prioritization Framework
- Votes and Conversion Rate: Easily view the number of votes and the conversion rate (votes/views) for each feature.
- Color Coding: Set colors to define your workflow. For instance, green for completed tasks and blue for follow-ups. This helps in quickly identifying the status of each feature.
- Reordering and Exporting: Automatically reorder scores and export the prioritization view to Excel or CSV by clicking Export.
- Adding Posts: You can add new posts directly from this view if needed.
- Full-Screen Mode: For team sessions, click the Full Screen button to view all prioritization items on a larger scale.
6. AI-Powered Prioritization
- To use AI for prioritization, click on Wishlist to return to the main view, then select Prioritize with AI.
- Assuming you have a defined product vision, click the Prioritize with AI button.
- The AI will provide the top 5 prioritized posts along with insights on why they are most relevant.

- Regularly Update Statuses: Keep your statuses updated to reflect the current state of each feature.
