Projects / Workspaces

A project is essentially a custom domain or portal that represents one product or brand. Each project is its own environment—with unique branding, settings, and URL—where you can host unlimited roadmaps, changelogs, feedback boards (like upvoting), and more.

If you have multiple brands/product, you can choose to:

  • Use one project per product/brand, each with its own custom domain.

  • Or group multiple products under a single project—if they share branding or user base. See this article for this option

You can re-use the same email and password on a new project, as each project is completely separated from another. You can log in here to see all projects you own: https://app.productlift.dev/find_portal
