Send out updates on other platforms

It would be nice to have the ability to send out posts to places like Twitter, Facebook, WordPress, Etc., when updating the changelog... to create some social connectedness with regard to active development/updates.

It would be so great to have 1 thing less to think about and do: have the updates pushed as a draft post to WordPress, or social media 💭❤️
