Separate Categories for Each Tab

I'd like to choose which categories I display in each tab. For example, I am building a roadmap for our engine and games list, and want to have a wishlist for our engine's feature set. But the categories I'd be using across all three are not the same. I do not want users to be able to choose a year category that I'm using to organize the game roadmap with.
