Hi, we have an existing KB, and while I appreciate the CSV/XSL import option, it would be extremely helpful if there were a way to import from RSS. It's universal and can accept any kind of data (which CSV cannot). Just a suggestion as I'm struggling to transfer everything over. Thank you.
