User-group post visibility and private comments

It would be useful to set post visibility by user group, so organisations can share specific posts with selected customer groups while keeping posts on one roadmap and avoiding too many boards. It would also be useful to limit comments to the commenter and our team, or quickly move comments from Public to Internal, so sensitive pen-test discussions remain private even when resolved issues are shared through the Changelog.
