Having the ability to add a WIDGET within the page to collect customer feedback and this feedback to go to the list of suggestions to be implemented, this greatly improves the user experience in suggesting improvements and bug fixes without always having to access the roadmap.

You can add a custom button to your site to trigger the widget. Or you can use Boei.help as a service for this.
