How to get there: Click Prioritize in the sidebar to open the Prioritization view. Each post has a Color column you can set, and the Colors button in the toolbar lets you edit the palette.
The Prioritization view supports a RAG-style color coding system so you can tag each post with a visual indicator (red, amber, green, or any custom color) alongside its RICE, ICE, or MoSCoW score.
Where colors live
Colors are part of the Prioritization view, not the general post editor. They only show up on the prioritization table next to each post.
- The Color column shows a swatch for each post.
- Click the swatch to pick a color from your palette.
- The palette is fully customizable via the Colors button in the toolbar.
Customize the palette
Click Colors in the Prioritization toolbar to open the palette editor.
- Each entry has a name (for example "On track", "At risk", "Blocked") and a hex color.
- Click Add Color to create a new entry.
- Click the trash icon to remove one.
- Click OK to save.
A typical RAG setup uses three entries: Green (on track), Amber (at risk), Red (blocked).
Suggested RAG meanings
- Red: High priority or at risk, needs immediate attention.
- Amber: Moderate priority, monitor closely.
- Green: On track.
Add more colors if you need additional states (for example blue for "needs info" or purple for "follow-up").
Tips
- Agree the meaning of each color with your team before you start tagging posts.
- Combine the color with a RICE, ICE, or MoSCoW score for a quick at-a-glance read of priority and health.
- Colors apply per post and are saved as you edit, no separate save step needed.
