Viewing invoices

How to get there: Go to Settings → Account → click View next to Invoices.

All your ProductLift invoices live in the Stripe customer portal.

Steps

  1. Go to Settings → Account.
  2. Find the Invoices row.
  3. Click View.
  4. You'll be redirected to the Stripe-hosted customer portal where you can download every past invoice as PDF.

What's on the invoice?

  • Your company name and billing address (whatever you set under billing details).
  • ProductLift's company details and VAT/tax info.
  • Line items for your plan, extra admin seats, and any add-ons.
  • Tax/VAT applied based on your billing country.

Need a custom invoice or PO number?

For purchase order numbers, custom VAT numbers, or a one-off invoice adjustment, email support@productlift.dev with the details and we'll reissue.
