In ProductLift, you can assign specific users to posts, allowing them to have a personalized overview of all the posts they are responsible for. This feature is especially useful for SaaS product managers, project managers, and marketing strategists who need to manage and communicate updates efficiently. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to assign users to posts.
Navigate to the Specific Post:
Access the Meta Area:
Assign a User:
In the meta area, you will see a label called Assigned. If no one is currently assigned, it will say Unassigned.
Click on Unassigned. A text box will appear, allowing you to start typing the name of the user you wish to assign.
As you type, a list of users will appear. Select the appropriate user from the list.
Confirmation:
Assigned label, confirming that the post has been assigned to them.If you are a user who has been assigned to one or more posts, you can easily view them by following these steps:
Go to Your Profile:
Access "My Posts":
My Posts. Click on this to view a list of all posts that have been specifically assigned to you.Manage Your Posts:
Once you have completed your work on a post, you may wish to remove the assigned status. Here’s how:

Remove Assignment:
