How it works

  • Click merge at the top of the screen of the post you want to merge with another.
  • Search for the post you want to merge with and click "Merge".
  • Voters and followers are merged into the selected post.
  • The current post will redirect to the selected post.

It appears the merge is still consolidating not linking the two. Can you provide more insight?

I'm not a fan of merging because it means that a user hasn't any visibility any more of his own proposal. I would propose instead a feature to link 2 proposals together and group them.

I also think this is a good approach. Hopefully, this is being considered in the scope for this feature.
