Create Your Portal
- Sign up at ProductLift
- Enter your company name
- Choose a subdomain (e.g.,
yourcompany.productlift.dev)
Your portal is now live and ready to collect feedback.
Add Your First Board
Boards organize your content. Common setups include:
- Feature Requests - Collect and prioritize ideas
- Roadmap - Show what's planned and in progress
- Changelog - Announce updates and releases
- Knowledge Base - Help documentation
To create a board:
- Go to Settings > Boards
- Click Add Board
- Choose a type and name
- Click Save
Invite Your Team
- Go to Settings > Users
- Click Invite Member
- Enter their email
- Choose their role (Admin or Member)
Share with Customers
Share your portal URL with customers:
- Direct link:
yourcompany.productlift.dev
- Embed the feedback widget on your site
- Add a "Feedback" link in your app
