Quick Start

How to get there: Log in to your portal as an admin. The admin sidebar on the left gives you access to all features described below.

Get up and running with ProductLift in just a few minutes.

Create Your Portal

  1. Sign up at ProductLift
  2. Enter your company name
  3. Choose a subdomain (e.g., yourcompany.productlift.dev)

Your portal is now live and ready to collect feedback.

Add Your First Board

Boards organize your content. Common setups include:

  • Feature Requests - Collect and prioritize ideas
  • Roadmap - Show what's planned and in progress
  • Changelog - Announce updates and releases
  • Knowledge Base - Help documentation

To create a board:

  1. Go to Settings > Boards
  2. Click Add Board
  3. Choose a type and name
  4. Click Save

Invite Your Team

  1. Go to Settings > Users
  2. Click Invite Member
  3. Enter their email
  4. Choose their role (Admin or Member)

Share with Customers

Share your portal URL with customers:

  • Direct link: yourcompany.productlift.dev
  • Embed the feedback widget on your site
  • Add a "Feedback" link in your app
