How to get there: Settings → Portal design → Navigation & layout, under Customer portal.
This page changes the navigation visitors see. It does not rearrange your admin sidebar. Click Save on each card you change.
In Like Icon, choose the icon used by vote buttons. This changes the symbol, not whether voting is allowed. Configure voting under the board's Customize public view → Interactions.
Under Display Options → Boards Header Style, choose Large (icon, title, subtitle) or Mini (title only). Manage board names and ordering in Settings → Boards.
To hide a board from customer navigation, open its Access & visibility settings and turn off Show a link to this board in the portal menu. Hiding a link does not restrict direct access; use Who can access this board? for that.
Under Menu & Navigation, enter a label and destination URL for the customer menu button. Leave the label empty to hide it. This button is separate from the admin New post action.
Use Add Link under Footer Links, enter a label and URL, then save. Remove a row to remove the corresponding link from the footer.
