The sidebar provides Overview, Users & companies, Inbox, Prioritize, your boards, and Settings. On a small screen, open the navigation menu. The sidebar can be collapsed with its bottom control.
Inbox groups Moderation, Conversations, and Incoming feedback where available. Turn text into posts is in the New post dropdown: use it for a one-off extraction from pasted source text. Use Conversations when you need to retain and review a customer conversation and its suggested requests.
Open a board directly from the sidebar. All posts in its breadcrumb opens the cross-board list; existing portals may also have an All Posts sidebar shortcut.
New post opens the admin composer with the current board as context. Knowledge base topics and roadmap columns also offer a small New post link. For bulk work, use Turn text into posts, CSV/Excel import, or select existing posts for bulk editing. The separate manual multi-post creation form has been removed.
During a trial, a card above Settings shows the remaining days and Choose a plan. Billing also shows the trial end date.
Settings opens on Overview. Search settings by name or keyword, or expand a section on the left. Grouped pages have their own sub-navigation; you can link directly to a subpage.

Custom CSS is under Portal design → Branding → Advanced. It is separate from head/body code injection.
Use Settings → Boards for board structure, access, and submission defaults. Use Customize public view above the board for customer-facing layout, filters, and interactions. Preview as customer opens the current board or post in customer view; use Return to Admin to exit.
User invitations, role changes, blocking, and user records are under Users & companies, not Profiles & registration. Open a post for its details, comments, and ··· actions. Select checkboxes in a post list to use bulk actions. Filters and saved views are in the list toolbar.

A knowledge base topic with exactly one visible article opens that article directly. Board and topic pages use bounded widths; articles have a separate wider layout. See Manage boards.
