Integrations Overview

How to get there: Click Settings in the sidebar → Integrations tab (under Other).

Connect ProductLift to the tools your team already uses. Each integration can be enabled and configured independently.

Slack

Send notifications to a Slack channel when events happen in your portal (new posts, status changes, comments, votes).

How to enable:

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations and find the Slack section.
  2. Click Connect to Slack and authorize ProductLift in your Slack workspace.
  3. Choose the channel where notifications should be posted.
  4. Select which events trigger a notification.

Jira

Sync posts from ProductLift to Jira issues so your engineering team can track feedback alongside their development work.

How to enable:

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations and find the Jira section.
  2. Enter your Jira site URL and authenticate.
  3. Map ProductLift boards or statuses to Jira projects.
  4. When linked, status changes can sync in both directions.

Azure Boards

Similar to the Jira integration, connect ProductLift posts to Azure DevOps work items.

How to enable:

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations and find the Azure Boards section.
  2. Enter your Azure DevOps organization URL and authenticate.
  3. Configure project and work item type mappings.

Stripe

Pull customer revenue data from Stripe so you can prioritize feedback by Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR). When connected, each user's revenue appears on their profile and can be used in score-based prioritization.

How to enable:

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations and find the Stripe section.
  2. Click Connect with Stripe and authorize access to your Stripe account.
  3. ProductLift will match portal users to Stripe customers by email address.

See the full Stripe integration guide.

HubSpot

Pull customer data from HubSpot CRM (company name, MRR, LTV, plan type, lifecycle stage) so you can segment feedback by account and prioritize what your highest-value customers want. After the first sync, the Companies view and the Combined MRR column on posts become populated.

How to enable:

  1. In HubSpot, create a Private App. Grant crm.objects.contacts.read (required), crm.objects.companies.read (recommended, for company name) and crm.objects.deals.read (only if you want MRR from deals). Copy the access token.
  2. Go to Settings → Integrations, expand the HubSpot card, paste the token and click Test connection.
  3. Click Save, then Sync now. Syncs are manual on demand; there is no scheduled job.
