Review post activity history

How to get there: Open any post, scroll to the Activity section below the comment form.

The activity timeline on each post shows what has happened to it over time, mixed in chronological order with comments and polls.

What appears in the timeline

The activity section combines these item types in a single chronological list:

  • Status changes with the user who made the change, the new status badge, and a "time ago" label
  • Public comments with replies, voting, and admin actions
  • Internal comments (admins only, visually distinct)
  • Polls attached to the post

Status change entries are recorded automatically every time the post moves to a new status, whether the move happens via the post detail page, the Kanban board, the All Posts list, the API, or an integration.

Who can see it

The status change entries and public comments are visible to everyone who can see the post. Internal comments are only visible to admins.

Deleting a status change entry

Admins see a small trash icon on each status change entry. Clicking it removes the entry from the timeline after a confirmation prompt. This only deletes the history record, it does not change the post's current status.

Use this to clean up accidental status moves, for example when you toggled a post through several statuses in quick succession during testing.

Notification history

Separate from the activity timeline, admins also see a Notification History block further down the post. This logs each email notification that was sent for the post (status changes, follower updates, poll notifications, and comment notifications), including the recipients. See Configure follower notifications for details.
